Recruitment
Our commitment to improving the lives and outcomes for children means that by working for The Gallery Trust, you will be joining a staff team who are dedicated to achieving the highest standards in all areas of school life. Staff have a genuine respect and affection for the young people in our care and go beyond the call of duty in their efforts to support them. The Trust recognises that its most valuable asset is the outstanding contribution made by staff, and we support all staff through a programme of Continued Professional Development, which gives opportunities for personal and professional growth.
All recruitment processes follow the guidance required of schools, “Safer Recruitment”. Once appointed, all staff receive an individual induction and training programme to help them settle into their new post.
At The Gallery Trust, inclusion is paramount. We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcome, respected, and supported throughout our recruitment process. If you have a disability, are neurodivergent, or have any additional needs that may require adjustments at any stage of your application or interview, please let us know.
We are very happy to talk with you about what would help you feel comfortable and able to perform at your best. This might include providing information in alternative formats, allowing extra time, or making practical adjustments to the process.
You can contact our recruitment team in confidence at recruitment@thegallerytrust.co.uk or by calling 01865 557004. We are here to help and would love to hear from you.
